This little teddy KNOWS what it's all about! And, in his case, it's about "personality plus!" Alfie is fashioned from sparse Schulte mohair...bright red on a yellow/orange backing. His deep set hand-blown glass eyes look out over his meticulously hand-embroidered nose and mouth. His upper muzzle has been hand-plucked and his lower muzzle wispy hairs trimmed to give him a delightful expression! Alfie's ears are lined in a mellow orange unltrasuede and they've been set low on his head to add to his charming good looks. He has a nice big belly, attesting to the fact that he is not at all shy at the honey jar! For a small teddy, Alfie has VERY large feet, needle-sculpted with toes (and, yes, he has fingers on his paw pads as well!). You'll love having Alfie sit in the palm of your hand. He fits perfectly in my rather small palm. And feels great, too. He is stuffed with a combination of polyester polyfil and polished steel shot. Around his neck, Alfie is wearing an sheer French wire ribbon bow. And, like all the teddies of The Bear Menagerie, Alfie has a sewn-inch tush tag and will travel with a signed name card assuring you that you are the proud owner of an original design teddy!
