Oh, what great fun I had creating this wonderful little pet. Digger began as a special friend for my teddies to hold in their arms. Everyone who saw him fell in love and I promised I would create more Diggers -- each one with his very own puppy personality -- so they would be available for adoption!
As you can see, Digger is a special little dog fashioned in the primitive style. His coat is imported rust Schulte mohair with black mohair spots hand appliqued to his coat. He has delightful pointed ears, . And, I just love his wonderful tail, curled up proudly over his back. His nose is oversized and, naturally, hand-embroidered. His eyes are antique shoe buttons. And, yes, he does stand on his own! Digger is packed with tons of personality and the finest polyester polyfil.
